    Strider — Full-Stack Software Engineer

    • Built API services in NestJS and ran the daily PostgreSQL work — schema alterations and post-deploy migrations that kept data consistent across environments.
    • Engineered the Tech Report module in React and Next.js, so recruiters can generate, manage and share candidate evaluations with global clients.
    • Architected a multi-host interview system: scheduling logic for technical, HR and client stakeholders inside a single hiring workflow.
    • Worked end to end on an HR SaaS platform covering sourcing, technical interviewing and hiring logistics.
    • Shipped inside a cross-functional team — rigorous code review, Docker-based development, UI held to the design.

    X-Team — Full-Stack Software Engineer

    • Led the architecture of v2 of a multi-tenant education platform, introducing feature flags and A/B testing so changes could roll out incrementally instead of all at once.
    • Built a search module over 60,000+ records that stayed at 60fps, keeping the UI responsive at a data size where naive rendering falls apart.
    • Built an ingestion pipeline handling 130,000+ nightly user updates, using queue-based async throttling and explicit error handling to keep the database from overloading and to stop silent synchronization failures.
    • Cut bundle size with route-level code-splitting via next/dynamic, using @next/bundle-analyzer to find the dead weight first.
    • Built an internal component library on shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS, enforcing accessibility standards and composition patterns so feature work stopped re-inventing primitives.
    • Raised the engineering bar by facilitating architecture discussions, leading code reviews, and pushing React Query patterns and clean separation of concerns.

    ExxonMobil — Full-Stack Software Engineer

    • Led the migration of a core application to a modern web platform on React 18 and Next.js, defining the frontend architecture and adding route-based code splitting. Rendering speed and perceived interactivity improved for 3,000+ users across 27 global sites.
    • Drove architectural decisions on reliability, error handling, caching and retry strategies across distributed systems.
    • Improved observability with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, which cut the time to catch and reason about production issues.
    • Designed and maintained distributed APIs in Node.js/NestJS and C#/.NET, and delivered secure GraphQL integrations for 10k+ global users.
    • Established testing strategy with Jest, Vitest and end-to-end Playwright, reaching high coverage and reducing regression defects.

    • Designed and built a real-time monitoring system on WebSockets, with Elasticsearch for centralized log analysis, working inside Kubernetes-based environments to investigate production issues and reduce mean time to awareness.
    • Architected a serverless data ingestion pipeline auditing energy grid injections from steam recovery systems, which enabled the verification and capture of roughly $5M in annual utility credits.
    • Developed mission-critical full-stack applications with React and Nest.js for refineries and plants worldwide, tuning performance to keep global operations uninterrupted.
    • Coordinated the transition of five critical applications to a managed service provider over five months, leaving the provider able to support them independently.
    • Led mentoring and technical guidance for new team members in a team with over 45% attrition, keeping critical systems running through the turnover.
